This is the mind map that I produced when I was generating ideas for my A Level Photography final piece. The theme was on ice and the fragility of nature, so I started with writing keywords down first at the centre. Then I added general ideas about imagery and mediums like using animation or photograms. After that, I went into a bit more detail and asked myself questions about how to incorporate my themes into these ideas such as creating an animation of ice melting. However, my final decision was to create structures like ice inspired by lanterns. I preferred this idea because I could work on a larger scale 3D piece.
